Hank Jordan has a background of newspaper and magazine editing combined with a professional track record in computer system consulting.
Hank was editor of his third grade newspaper and his high school newspaper. He was the editor of four weekly newspapers in the South while attending college. After receiving a degree in electronic engineering he worked as an aerospace design engineer. He subsequently became the West Coast Editor of two Electronic Magazines. He founded and was editor/publisher of the Los Angeles Engineer/Scientist magazine.
An avid private pilot, he was editor/publisher of Flight Lines Magazine for seven years. This very successful magazine contained light humor and technical information of interest to 10,000 general aviation mechanics across the nation.
He was the founder and president of Jordan Advertising in West Los Angeles, a technical advertising/PR firm specializing in high-tech accounts. It flourished for two decades as the computer industry emerged. He founded and ran a computer systems integration company for a number of years.
Hank is currently the owner of Jordan Associates, a consultancy located in Southern California. He provides consulting and professional writing for small business clients. By combining his two skills in computer technology and professional writing, he is in a position to offer clients a unique combination of computer/Internet system knowledge and creative writing ability.
His fiction novel NO MORE AN ISLAND was published in late 2007.
